Healthy Homes Renovation Tax Credit

In Ontario, the Healthy Homes Renovation Tax Credit provides a personal income tax refund for seniors who modify their homes to fi t their changing needs. Renovations eligible for the tax credit include walk-in bathtubs, wheel-in showers, widening door passages, and more. Family members can also qualify if they modify their homes for a live-in relative 65 or older.
